Our terms of purchase
When you order from us, you buy under our terms & conditions, and by placing an order it is deemed that you have read and accepted these.
Payment
We accept Stripe as method of payment. All prices are in EUR.
Shipping costs
We charge postage at cost; this is calculated in the shopping cart by the combined shipping weight of your products.
Acknowledgement of order
All orders receive an onscreen confirmation and, as soon as your order has gone through, you should get an order confirmation email from info@hypnagogapress.com – please check your junk email folder and spam filter if it doesn’t arrive. You will also receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been sent (within one week).
Speed of despatch
We aim to despatch products within one week of receipt of the order.
Delivery
Both local and overseas orders are sent via PostNord. We offer traceable shipping within Sweden, and traceable and non-traceable shipping for orders delivered within the EU and worldwide.
As a guide, delivery to Europe takes approximately 3–5 working days, delivery to the US and Worldwide 5–7 working days. Delivery times are, however, subject to customs clearance, local services etc., which may affect estimated delivery.
We will not be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied by you. Please ensure that you enter full and accurate details of the delivery address, and the postal code, of the recipient. Please double-check the address carefully when placing your order and on the order notification; if you notice an error after placing an order, email us as soon as possible with the correct details. In the event that a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
Returns
If the product that you have purchased has physical faults, either in its manufacture or from damage in the shipping process, please email us and we will see what we can do. We cannot consider any other reasons for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Digital editions
Some of our books may be available in a digital format. As a gesture of thanks we gift the digital edition with our print books purchased directly from our website, if one is available for the title. We send these out when we process your order for shipping. You will receive a download link to a zip file containing an epub file (for every reader or device except the Kindle).
The epub file can be opened in iBooks on a Mac. For Windows, you will first need to download an ebook-reading program, such as Thorium Reader or Adobe Digital Editions.
Digital edition license
Our digital editions are DRM-free (free of Digital Rights Management), but are subject to the terms of this license. You own the file, and you can use it on any of your devices in perpetuity. You are prohibited from uploading Hypnagoga Press digital editions to any website or file-sharing network, or in any other way making them available for distribution, sharing, copying, downloading, or reselling.
